At Mokobara, we want you to love your new gear as much as we loved designing it. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return and exchange policy on all unused products.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our Returns Center and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the product is in its original condition with all tags intact and packed securely in the original Mokobara packaging.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will arrange a complimentary door-step pickup within 24-48 hours at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After the item passes our warehouse quality inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
