How long does it take for my order to ship?
We typically process orders within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, delivery usually takes between 3 to 7 business days.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Exchanges can be initiated through our self-service portal.
Do Mokobara products come with a warranty?
Yes, our luggage and backpacks come with a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Please refer to the specific product page for the duration of the warranty.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets. We also offer EMI options on select bank cards.
How can I track my order status?
